Regional Law No. 3133-KZ amending Regional Law No. 135-KZ “On protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Supreme regional authority shall establish the modalities of organization and operation of the regional state supervision in the sphere of protection of the population and territory against emergencies and disasters of regional, municipal and inter-municipal significance as established by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
