Law No. 38 amending Law No. 200 on environmental fees for the use of wild fauna and wild flora species.

[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Rates of payment of fees for collection, procurement, harvesting and export outside Kyrgyz Republic of plant species, except for cases envisaged by international treaties and agreements, ratified in accordance with the established modalities, signatory of which is Kyrgyz Republic, shall be quadruplicated respectively to the established basic rates of fees”.
