PURA Enforcement Regulations 2007.

[摘要] These Regulations, amde under section 54 of the Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority Act 2001 define monitoring and enforcement powers or the Gambia Public Utilities Regulatory Authority and provide with respect to some other mattres for the control of supply of public utility services by licence holders. The Authority may at its discretion, but subject to certain limitations, impose administrative fines for enforcement purposes and may revoke licences.
