Decree No. 40/2010 approving the oil concession research and production, within the area "A" to: "Sasol Petroleum Mozambique Exploration, Limited" and to the National Agency for Hydrocarbons (ENH) E.P."

[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 5 articles, approves the oil concession research and production, within the area "A" to: "Sasol Petroleum Mozambique Exploration, Limited" and to the National Agency for Hydrocarbons (ENH) E.P." It regulates concession regime for regulating: Exlusive rights for oil production activities within the above mentioned concession area. Non exclusive rights for building a pipeline system for oil or gas in order to transportation from the underground.
