[摘要] This Act amends the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Act, 2006 in provisions concerning the nationality and identification of Antigua and Barbuda ships and the employment on board of ships. The Act increases penalties imposed by the principal Act in relation with unlawful assumption of the Antigua and Barbuda identity by foreign ships or concealment of identity by a ship registered in Antigua and Barbuda.
