[摘要] The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act and the Designated Material Recycling and Management Regulation. For the purpose of this Regulation “electronics” means all electrical and electronic equipment or devices, whether intended for consumer, industrial or commercial use.
