[摘要] This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles on connection of real and legal persons to transmission and distribution system and the use of interconnection networks. This Regulation shall apply to electricity generation facilities within the scope of the Regulation on the unlicensed electricity generation, as well as participants using the system in the organized industrial zone.
