Federal Act amending the Environment Promotion Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Environment Protection Act (BGBl. 185/1993). In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 6 establishing an extra allocation of funds for the promotion of the environment: in the year 2007 additional EUR 10 millions; in the year 2008, 20 millions and from the year 2009 onwards additional EUR 53 millions.
