[摘要] This Decree creates the State Council for Environment - CONEMA within the State of Rio de Janeiro. It consists of 10 articles concerning composition, competencies and duties of the aforementioned environmental Institution, entitled to establish and manage the policy to be applied for the ecosystem preservation, including controls to be carried out on the environmental sector within the State of Rio de Janeiro.
