[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on the promotion of renewable energy sources and high efficiency cogeneration. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning method and conditions of support to the production of energy from renewable sources, specified in art. 3 of the amended Act, and rights and obligations of producers of energy, defined in art. 4.
