[摘要] These provisions amend regulation 6 of the Industrial Emissions (Limitation of Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds) Regulations. It is established that the competent authority shall ensure that installations where two or more activities are carried out, each of which exceeds the thresholds in Schedule II, shall meet the requirements of that regulation for each activity individually with respect to the hazardous substances specified in regulation 6(4).
