Resolution of 1999 of the Baltic Assembly on Baltic Energy Strategy.

[摘要] The Baltic Assembly recommends the authorities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to adopt the submitted Baltic Energy Strategy as a framework for the energy sector development in a long-term perspective, taking into account the possible political, economic, ecological and social consequences, and calls upon the Baltic Council of Ministers to elaborate an action plan for implementing the Baltic Energy Strategy.
