Vienna Environmental Liability Law.

[摘要] The present Law implements the Directive 2004/35/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage of 21 April 2004. In particular, the purpose of the Law - on the basis of the polluter pays principle - is to create measures to prevent and remediate environmental damage.
