Regional Law No. 309-54 amending Regional Law No. 254-41 “On delimitation of plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of waste management”.

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall be responsible for validation of methodical guidelines for rates of waste formation and limits for waste disposal depending upon economic activities of individual entrepreneurs and legal persons (except for small and medium enterprises) in the process of which is produced waste subject to regional state environmental audit”.
