Regional Act No. 11 on Mountain Communities.

[摘要] There is hereby established the legislative framework concerning the setting up and functioning of mountain communities. Such entities shall endeavour to promote and improve natural resources in mountain areas. Territories shall be classified as mountain areas according to the criteria specified in the Annex. There are also regulated the modalities for the approval of the Statutes of mountain communities and the content, as well as the modalities, for approving programming instruments.
