[摘要] The Minister orders to the Departments and boards under the jurisdiction of the Ministry, its territorial bodies to be guided in their activity by the Regulation on the modalities of carrying out state ecological expertise validated by the Ministerial Decree No.698 of 1996 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of carrying out state ecological expertise in accordance with the Annex.
