Regional Law No. 39-OZ amending Regional Law No. 4-OZ “On protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Training of the population in the sphere of protection against natural and technological disasters shall be considered the system of arrangements for preparation of the population for operation in case of risk, and outbreak of, natural and technological disasters”.
