[摘要] This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of the establishment of assessment and documentation systems to reduce negative effects of buildings and settlements and to use natural resources and energy efficiently. This Regulation sets forth provisions on the duties, structure and responsibilities of the Commission, Assessment Committee and Green Certification experts in assessment and documentation processes.
