Regulation amending the Regulation on reception of waste from ships and waste management.

[摘要] This Regulation amends Article 12 regarding environmental report for waste receiving facilities. Furthermore, this Regulation makes minor changes in Annex-I regarding required Appendices such as certificate for International Ship and Port Facility Security, map indicating the location of the harbour, sketch of waste receiving facilities and other documents.
