Harbours Act.

[摘要] This Act makes provision with respect to the constitution, administration and operation of harbours in Jamaica. It also, among other things, grants regulation-making powers to the Authority (not defined), prohibits the pollution of harbour waters by oil or other waste from ships and prescribes other offences in relation with harbours.
