[摘要] Marine Code regulates the relations connected with navigation. The term “navigation” means utilization of vessels for transportation of passengers, cargo, post, fishing vessels and other marine industries, prospecting and extraction of minerals, towing and life-saving operations and other economic, scientific and cultural purposes. This Code governs marine, fluvial and lake navigation, and navigation in other waterways. The following vessels shall be authorized to fly Georgian national flag: (a)
