Regional Law No. 138-OZ amending Regional Law No. 39-OZ “On management and disposal of domestic and industrial waste”.

[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of waste management shall be responsible for validation of operational programs for management of solid domestic waste of operators performing regulated activities in the sphere of management of solid domestic waste”.
