[摘要] This Order extends to the Seychelles the provisions of the Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) Act 1971 and Part I and V of and Schedule 1 to the Merchant Shipping Act. These Acts of the United Kingdom shall apply, with necessary adaptations, to the Seychelles so as to give effect to international Conventions relating to oil pollution damage.
