Presidential Decree No. UP-239 validating the Regulation on environmental fees for pollution and waste disposal.

[摘要] This Presidential Decree establishes collection of environmental fees for emission of pollutants for environment and waste disposal from nature managers. It establishes the following environmental fees: (a) for emission of pollutants within established limits; (b) for emission of pollutants exceeding the established limits; and (c) for emergency and multiple emissions. Environmental fees shall be accredited by nature managers to the local environmental protection funds.
