[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 Chapters and 1 Annex, regulates the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Territory (MAMAOT). This Ministry will work as a governmental department entitled to define, coordinate and implement sustainable policies in the following sectors: agriculture, agri-food, silviculture, rural development, exploitation and enhancement of marine resources, environmental and territorial management.
