Regional Law No. 14/2016-OZ amending Regional Law No. 107/2015-OZ “On some issues related to domestic and non-domestic waste management”.

[摘要] Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies shall be responsible for validation of methodical instructions related to rate setting for waste formation in relation to economic activities of individual entrepreneurs and legal persons (small and medium enterprises) that produce waste subject to regional state environmental audit in the process of economic activities performed thereby”.
