[摘要] These Regulations implement Community legislation on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment and on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. They apply in relation to marine waters in Scotland and the Scottish zone as defined by section 126(1) (interpretation) of the Scotland Act 1998 as read with the Scottish Adjacent Water Boundaries Order 1999.
