Conama Resolution No. 1 concerning Environmental Impact Assessment requirements.

[摘要] This resolution establishes the licensing requirements for environmental activities. Report on Environmental Impact Assessment - REIA, subject to the approval of the responsible state body, shall be based on the study on environmental impact. The SEENV shall be responsible, in a supplementary capacity, to the licensing of the activities (listed in the text) that alter or change the environment.
