[摘要] This Regional Act lays down provisions aimed at ensuring protection against ionizing radiations produced not only by nature but also by industrial plants. The Act specifies the competences of the regional authority as regards the issue of authorizations in this field. It provides for the setting up of an information system concerning ionizing radiation sources existing the Piemonte Region.
