Order No. 60 of State Inspection of Nuclear Regulation validating the Requirements for administrative control uranium storage sites within the framework of regulatory control.

[摘要] These Requirements set scope and procedures for the planning, implementation, adjustment and termination of administrative control of uranium facilities sites, which termination of their activities through liquidation of the enterprise or diversion from the declared use are limitedly exempt from regulatory control. The aforesaid Requirements shall be mandatory for all legal and natural persons, performing such work. These Requirements shall be applicable to nuclear (uranium) waste storage sites.
