[摘要] The purpose of this Law shall be to prevent or reduce harm caused to human health, property or the environment due to pollution, to prevent or to reduce: (a) emission into soil, water and air; (b) the utilisation of non-renewable natural resources and energy when performing polluting activities; (c) the generation of waste; (d) noise pollution; (e) greenhouse gas emissions; and also (d) to register and clean up polluted soil.
