Regional Law No. 26-Z “On energy saving”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of energy production, transportation, storage and consumption with a view of efficient use of fuel and energy. It shall be applicable to the following spheres: (a) efficient use of energy resources in the process of extraction, processing, transport, storage and consumption thereof; (b) state supervision over efficient use of energy resources; (c) promotion and use of alternative fuels and energy, including renewable energy sources;
