Merchant Shipping (Vessels in Commercial Use for Sport or Pleasure) Regulations, 2011 (S.I. No. 49 of 2011).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under section 7 of the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Act of 2006, make provision of vessels used commercially for sports or pleasure, whether registered in Antigua and Barbuda or operating in Antigua and Barbuda waters. The Regulations require vessels to comply with legislation regarding safety of shipping and prevention of sea pollution. Different rules may apply to vessels operating only in a limited geographical area of the Caribbean Region.
