Decree-Law No. 179/2015 amending the legal regime of environmental impact assessment.

[摘要] This Decree-Law establishes the Second Amendment to Decree-Law No. 151-B/2013, amended by Decree-Law no 47/2014, which establishes the legal regime for environmental impact assessment of public and private projects that might have significant effects on the environment, and transposes into national legislation the EU Directive No. 2011/92 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on the assessment of certain public and private projects on the environment.
