Environmental Taxation Act.

[摘要] This Act imposes a levy on water supplied through pipelines, waste matters, coal, energy and packaging. The Act prescribes the method of imposition and calculation of these environmental taxes and defines exemptions. The Minister of Environment may issue Rules to supplement or implement provisions of this Act.
