Federal Act amending the Electrical Engineering Act 1992.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Electrical Engineering Act 1992 (BGBl. No. 106/1993). In particular, the Act adds article 2a concerning the definition of “portable equipment” and article 2b containing definition of terms such as “producer”, “placing on the marketing”, “authorized representative”, “importer”, “dealer”, “technical specification”, “harmonized standards”.
