[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that export of nuclear materials, equipment, special non-nuclear materials and the corresponding technologies shall be subject to compulsory export control, shall be carried out in conformity with national and international legislation on non-proliferation of nuclear arms, and ensuring safety and conservation of radioactive substances.
