Decree No. 21 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on proclamation of some geological sites nature monuments.

[摘要] This Decree proclaims listed geological sites located in the province of Vitebsk national geological sites nature monuments transferring them under management of local government without expropriation of land from landowners. It recognizes conservation areas around geological sites and establishes protection regime.
