[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Natural parks shall be considered environmental recreational institutions, posted under the governance of the regional administration, and including complexes and objects of considerable ecological and aesthetic value, destined for environmental protection, educational and recreational purposes”.
