[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 10 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes environmental protecting measures for the Chlorine Chemical Centre of Alagoas. It specifies environmental standards to be satisfied by industrial waste, in particular by water and liquid disposal related to the above mentioned Chemical Centre. It defines treatment procedures and regulates water quality standards for any water effluents to satisfy to the standards established in Annex I and Annex II.
