[摘要] This Act enforces decisions made within the municipal or regional council concerning occurrences affecting environment harm, or imminent threat of environmental damage, which shall be dealt with under the Environmental Damage Act regulations. The appointed authority must submit a draft decision to the Ministry of Environment’s relevant environmental center.
