Amendment of the Facilities Register Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Facilities Register Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1320). In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 4 on Registration of authorizations; it amends, inter alia, article 5, paragraph 3, concerning implementation of article 16 of the Federal Immission Protection Act.
