Law No. 41 “On state regulation of international trade”.

[摘要] This Law sets forth the fundamentals of state regulation of international trade and establishes rights, duties and liability of state bodies in this sphere. The scope of this Law shall be promotion of international trade and efficient integration of the national economy to the global economy.
