National Gas (Queensland) Act 2008.

[摘要] This Act concerns access rights to the pipeline system for natural gas. It consists of 20 sections and is divided into 5 Parts. Under section 5, the provisions of this Act and of related regulation apply also to coastal waters of Queensland. Part 2 provides for the application in Queensland of the National Gas Law and Part 3 provides for the conferral of powers on the Commonwealth Minister and the Commonwealth bodies to do acts in the State of Queensland.
