[摘要] This Regulation aims at facilitating and regulating the exploration for geothermal energy in Queensland. The Regulation consists of 29 sections and is divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Interpretation; Fees; Tender process; Annual rent and interest; Reporting and public release of required information; Prescribed conditions for permits; Geothermal register; Safety; Miscellaneous provisions.
