[摘要] This Law, consisting of 8 Chapters, creates a Technical Commission to regulate Law No. 14.829 on climate change. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of this Technical Commission, entitled to regulate the State Policy on Climate Change and Sustainable Development of Santa Catarina State and coordinated by representatives of the State Secretariat of Economic Sustainable Development - SDS.
