[摘要] This Regulation applies to the geological storage of carbon dioxide in Sweden, the Swedish continental shelf and the Swedish EEZ. Article 6 of the 1996 Protocol to the 1972 Convention on the Prevention of Marine Pollution by Dumping of Wastes and Other Matter (SU 2000:48) requires a special agreement between Sweden and another confining state.
