Marine Offences Procedure Act, 2006.

[摘要] This Act concerns procedures for the prosecution of offences under a provision of an Act, Regulation or municipal Ordinance specified in the Schedule to Act. The Minister may make Regulations to amend the Schedule, including adding or deleting offences or changing the amounts of penalties specified for offences. Legislation of the Schedule includes the Marine and Ports Authority (Dumping) Regulations 1967, the Fisheries Regulations 1972 and the Fisheries (Protected Species) Order 1978.
