[摘要] The present Law lays down provisions relating to the production, supply, and distribution of electricity in Vienna. The aim of the Law is to make available to the people and to the industry electricity being at the same time environment-friendly, reasonable priced, sufficient, secure and of high quality; to create a market organization according to EU-guidelines and to the principles of national law; to further an even greater part of renewable energy in the sphere of electricity production; and
