[摘要] This Decree amends the articles 2, 3, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 25 and 27 of the Law on Environmental Protection and Pollution Control. Some definitions and terms of reference had been changed. The Decree defines the responsible bodies for the delivery of some licences and permits.
